Mr. Dirkes combines over 30 years experience in mechanical systems design, digital controls, facility operation and maintenance, construction oversight and commissioning with practical experience and the ability to communicate concepts in "plain english." While HVAC systems have been a principal focus in his career, his background includes extensive experience with mechanical systems of all types as well as with a wide variety of digital control systems. Problem-solving and consensus-building are key skills he brings to the table, rounding out an unusually broad background.
